Mr. Do Dinh Hiep, Production Director of Vietnam VPIC Precision Industry Joint Stock Company (Trang Bom District) said that the company has signed orders until 2023. Abundant orders in the first 4 months of 2022 promising a year of production, business flourishes. Currently, the staff is working very actively and excitedly. The company has launched emulation movements to encourage workers to actively produce, create, and complete production goals and plans.

“In 2021, the company has faced many difficulties due to the Covid-19 epidemic. However, with the collective effort, and solidarity to overcome difficulties, the workers have been side by side with enterprises to maintain production and recover quickly. Many employees have well promoted their roles and responsibilities at work to create quality products to meet production requirements at enterprises," Mr. Hiep added.

A representative of Lixil Vietnam Global Manufacturing Co., Ltd, Long Thanh District said that in the past 2 years, the company's employees have not only completed their jobs well but also actively participated in innovation initiatives at the company. Although many employees have to stay at the company to work to prevent the epidemic, they still actively propose improvements to prevent the epidemic, ensure health safety, and maintain production. Thanks to that, the company's production lines still operate stably. To recognize the great contribution of employees, the company has a policy to reward employees in a timely manner.

Mr. Le Van Sy, working at the company, shared: "Up to now, I have had 7 years of working with the company. From a laborer with weak skills, many surprises when exposed to the industrial environment, I strive to become a highly skilled worker at the company. Over the years, the company has always created conditions for us to study, improve our skills, and increase our income. Therefore, when businesses face difficulties, I do not hesitate at work, but always take the leading role in movements, and work with enterprises to overcome difficulties to maintain production "- Mr. Sy said.

In these days, the staff of Thien Long Long Thanh Co., Ltd, Long Thanh District is focusing on production to fulfill the production target of the enterprise. On each production line, each worker quickly performs machine operations and product packaging. A representative of the company's leadership said that over the past time, businesses have recognized the cooperation of employees to overcome difficulties. Despite being affected by the Covid-19 epidemic, employees still showed their determination to overcome difficulties with enterprises to maintain production. In 2022, the prosperous production situation also brings a lot of joy to employees in ensuring income and stabilizing their lives.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhu Y, Chairperson of the Provincial Confederation of Labor said that last year, although the epidemic situation was difficult in all aspects, with efforts, determination and perseverance in the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic, Dong Nai Province has proactively adapted safely, flexibly, and effectively controlled; accomplish the goals and targets set out in the plan. In that achievement, there was an important contribution from the emulation movements of the workforce. The workforce, regardless of position, is enthusiastically working, dedicating themselves with the will to overcome difficulties to successfully complete the assigned tasks with the goal of productivity, quality and efficiency.

In order to promote the working spirit of employees and respond to the program of 1 million initiatives - efforts to overcome difficulties, be creative, determined to win the Covid-19 pandemic, recently the Provincial Confederation of Labor has launched the peak 40-day Campaign with the goal of emulating and completing the target of 5,000 initiatives. This campaign aims to mobilize the enthusiastic response and greater responsibility of union members and employees in the province, contributing to the accomplishment of the program's targets as well as improving skills, promoting the creative capacity of workers and the enterprise development.
