Numerous corporations invest in residential areas

 

Corporations invest in Dong Nai through land auction, share transfer and project investment application. The projects are invested up to thousands of billion Vietnamese dong; therefore, fast and appropriate implementation according to investors' commitments will help the province's economy develop better.

Many projects have been started

Many domestic and foreign corporations have officially been present in Dong Nai to carry out major projects in the field of trade and services combined with urban areas like Nam Long, Tuan Loc, Thang Long, Dat Xanh, Kim Oanh, Novaland, Vingroup, Amata, etc. The projects are densely concentrated in Long Thanh and Nhon Trach Districts, Bien Hoa City. In particular, one of the projects paid much attention to is the Century City Project in Binh Son Commune (Long Thanh District), successfully auctioned by Thuan Loi Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (under Kim Oanh Group) with over 1,600 billion VND with an area of about 50ha and the next projects are the Gem Sky World Project of Dat Xanh Group in Long Duc Commune (Long Duc District), with an area of more than 92ha, purchased by auction with the amount of more than 3 trillion VND, the Smart City Project of Amata Corporation in An Phuoc Commune and residential area project of Dai Phuoc Commune (Nhon Trach District).

Ms. Dang Thi Kim Oanh, General Director of Kim Oanh Group said: “The Group will invest more than 3 trillion VND to implement the Century City Project. It is expected to build the above area into a modern residential area to attract Dong Nai and Ho Chi Minh City people to live there”. Currently, the technical infrastructure of the project is being built.

Similarly, Dat Xanh Group is also completing procedures and infrastructure construction for the Gem Sky World Project. According to the representative of Dat Xanh Group, the above project will be a complex combined with residential areas and commercial services, to facilitate buyers to live. Amata Corporation is urgently implementing compensation and site clearance to quickly build smart cities. These big projects all have advantages to be near the expressways of Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay and Ben Luc - Long Thanh. Thus, it is very convenient for the people of Ho Chi Minh City in respect of travel when coming to live in this area.

In Nhon Trach District, Tuan Loc, Nam Long, Thang Long Groups are also urgently investing in infrastructure of large real estate projects in Hiep Phuoc Town, Dai Phuoc Commune, Phu Hoi Commune, and Long Tan Commune, etc.

A place that attracts many investors

Dat Xanh Group is investing trillions of dong in a residential area in Long Thanh District

In order to develop the planned areas and seek experienced investors with large capital sources, Dong Nai has put many advantageous land plots into auction. In particular, there are strict commitments that after 4 years of not implementing the project, it will be revoked and not compensated.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Quoc Hung emphasized that: “The auctioned land plots in Dong Nai shall comply with the planning. Within 24 months of not implementing the project, it will be extended for another 24 months and by that time, enterprises that have not implemented the project will be revoked. The province will also regularly check the above projects to remind investors to comply with the committed schedule. Up to now, the province has licensed for investment in more than 400 residential projects in the province. However, the projects are mainly concentrated in Districts of Nhon Trach, Long Thanh, Trang Bom and Bien Hoa City. 

Mr. Vo Tan Duc, Chairman of the People's Committee of Long Thanh District advised: “A lot of investors in the fields of real estate, industry, infrastructure, trade and services have come to Long Thanh District to learn about land and environment of investment and expected to invest here. When Long Thanh International Airport, Ben Luc - Long Thanh, and Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressways are built and completed, it will create many advantages for investors”.

According to economists' forecasts, Dong Nai will continue to be the destination of many domestic and foreign investors. Because the province is the traffic hub of the region and near Ho Chi Minh City, when highways are completed, the travel time from Ho Chi Minh City to Dong Nai will decrease by 50-60% compared to now. Currently, housing prices in Ho Chi Minh City are quite high, so many people in Ho Chi Minh City will choose to buy real estate in Dong Nai.
