No shortage of drugs, supplies, chemicals, test kits for the epidemic prevention and control

The  Field Hospital No. 3 was given many medical bags in order to serve the treatment of Covid-19 patients.

The competent agencies must not let the situation of shortage of drugs, medical materials and equiqments, chemicals, biological products, test kits, epidemic prevention and control equipments, etc. happened in order to serve the patients and medical staffs. When purchasing them, the medical facilities must strictly comply with the regulations on bidding, the guiding documents of the Ministry of Health and the Department of Health. The use must be ensured scientifically, for the right purpose, safely, effectively, economically, and avoiding waste and loss.

Giving the guideline to the drug retail shops (pharmacies, drugstores, medical stations' medicine cabinets) within their premises to urgently complete the procedures for announcing their eligibility to buy and sell the Covid-19 rapid test kits according to the guidance; implementing the GPP (Good Pharmacy Practice) standard, connect and transfer the data of "National Pharmacy Database", publicly listing the prices and sell them at no higher than the issued prices in accordance with regulations of the Ministry of Health. 

The units must regularly check the quality from the stage of inspection, storage, transportation, distribution and usage. The units must conduct the destruction of the poor quality and expired goods in accordance with the regulations, ensure the adequate and timely supplies of drugs, medical materials and equipment, chemicals, biological products, etc. to the the right types and people, and assure the quality to the patients and medical staffs. The units must strictly comply with regulations on drugs and drug materials under the special control.
