Interested in developing the number of communist party members in private enterprises

Long Thanh Golf Company Party Cell currently has 29 communist party members. The function of the company's party cell is to lead the company to implement the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws; effectively carry out political tasks, develop enterprises, build strong and clean party cell, contribute to the development of private enterprises. The task of the cell is to lead the performance of production and business tasks, national defense and security; leading political and ideological work, organizational and cadre work, building the Party organization, and performing inspection and supervision work.

Carrying out the functions and tasks of the party cell, in April 2022, the cell led the Party groups, party members and the masses to make efforts to effectively carry out the production and business tasks of the unit. The Party cell has also led mass organizations to propagate, mobilize and educate union members and workers to abide by policies, laws, internal rules and regulations of the Party, State and companies.

Talking to the Party members of Long Thanh Golf Company, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Quan Minh Cuong said that in the activities of the cell, the Party Committee must understand the feelings and aspirations of party members in the past month; How do domestic, provincial and international issues like the past affect the perception of party members? According to the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, in our country the Party is in the role of ruling and leading, so each Party organization must focus on improving the leadership role of the Party in their unit. In order to have a strong Party organization, it must have a contingent of party members. Each Party cell must pay attention to the development of the Party but do not pay much attention to develop the quantity but must ensure quality. The members of the Party cell must share the same will, ideas and goals for the development of the company, ensuring the lives of employees.

In the coming time, the Party cell should pay more attention to political and ideological education, fostering political theory, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral thought and style for its members. When the specialized agencies of the Provincial Party Committee and the Party Committee of Bien Hoa, when realizing the difficulties in the activities of cell branches of non-state enterprises, they advise the superior party committees to consider and have a direction to remove the shortcomings and limitations.
