According to the Provincial People's Procuracy, in 2020, leaders of the two-level People's Protection Institute have focused on directing the exercise of prosecution rights to supervise the receipt and settlement of denunciations, criminal reports, petition for prosecution and strictly rationalize the settlement of the investigation agency; ensuring compliance with the law, combating injustice, and omitting crimes right from the early stages of proceedings.

In 2020, the procuracy has procured 2,721 reports, the investigating agency has resolved 2,054 messages, thereby prosecuting 1,063 news, the rest have not prosecuted or are continuing to verify. For the investigation and investigation, there were 3,954 cases, 6,351 accused were prosecuted (an increase of more than 700 cases more than 1,800 defendants compared to 2019).
