In the afternoon of February 2, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc worked with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and other departments, branches and localities on the land price plan in 2023.

According to Mr. Tran The Vinh, Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, in 2023, there are 3 land plots that are eligible and can be put up for auction. That is, the commercial and service land area, with an area of more than 4.1 thousand m2 in Long Giao Center (Cam My District). Land area of commercial and service center combined with housing, with an area of more than 21.7 thousand m2 in Trang Bom center (Trang Bom district) and Long Giao industrial complex in Xuan Duong and Long Giao communes (Cam My district). All three of these land plots are on the list of expected auctions in 2022 but have not been implemented.

At the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc said that in 2022 the province could not auction land, this year, to be able to put the above 3 land plots up for auction, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment needs to actively build land auction plan. At the same time, assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with departments and branches in, submitting to the Provincial People's Committee for promulgation the land auction process, regulations on assigning responsibilities of departments and branches to ensure the correct order, procedures and laws. Continue to carry out procedures for 9 land plots expected to start selling in 2022. Localities continue to review and propose a list of land auction projects in 2023 to add to the land use plan for the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to appraise and implement the next steps.
