But in 2016, Mr. Hung decided to go to Binh Loc commune, Long Khanh city to rent land to open a processing workshop because this is a locality with a delicious fruit specialty area with a large output. The processing factory is located in the abundant material area so there are many advantages in operation, especially to help save input costs. But for Mr. Hung, the most important thing is that the freshly harvested vegetables, tubers and fruits are taken to the factory for immediate preservation and processing so they are always fresh and delicious; Guaranteed nutrition.

Despite investing in the processing industry, Mr. Hung has put a lot of learning efforts to gain experience from the process of harvesting to preliminary processing, preserving and putting it into processing so that the product reaches the best taste. may. He also attaches importance to exploiting the strengths of every business product that goes on the market. According to Mr. Hung, the key product of the business is still dried jackfruit. This product line is not only favored by domestic consumers but also exported to many countries around the world because this is a food that is not only delicious but also very nutritious. Jackfruit is a typical tree of the tropics so not every country can grow as common as in Vietnam. In addition to common products such as dried jackfruit, dried potatoes, dried vegetables, Mr. Hung also studies and processes more specialties that are not available on the market such as dried bananas, dried mangoes ...

Mr. Hung said more about the processing process: “From jackfruit fruit to bananas, mangoes… I let these fruits have enough ripeness to be processed. Accordingly, the sweetness of the product is completely natural rather than added sugar even though this way of doing, the percentage of wastage and cost has increased but it ensures the deliciousness and nutrition of the product”.

Mr. Hung recalls: “When the first batch of dried fruit was put into production, the product was not up to the standard I was ready to discard. I accept the loss of capital, but I am determined not to sell cheap products that are not good to the market because the perception of quality is the basis for the reputation of the business”.

Competitive pressure in the market of processed fruit product lines is increasingly fierce when Vietnam enters the international playground. Each year, Mr. Hung always pays attention to investing in product design, upgrading quality as well as constantly diversifying processed products.
