In order to avoid disrupting the supply chain of essential goods for consumers, affecting production and business processes of enterprises during the application of social isolation measures, after considering the proposal of the Department of Industry and Trade, the Provincial People's Committee has issued a document to request the People's Committees of districts and cities in the province to assume coordinate with the Departments of Industry and Trade, Departments of Health, Departments of Transport, Provincial Public Security and other departments, sectors and related on the basis of ensuring compliance with regulations on Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control, in order to:

Consider and create conditions for production and business organizations operating in medical isolation areas to transport raw materials and production materials; goods in and out of the medical isolation area to ensure the production and business process of the enterprise.
Consider and create conditions for employees/delivery vehicles of enterprises to be allowed in and out of medical isolation areas in the area to upload and unload goods into the warehouses of enterprises in the quarantine areas.
The Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Industry and Trade to coordinate with the People's Committees of districts and cities in the province to guide the directors of businesses, supermarkets, convenience store chains and Pork Shop chain stores in the province to explain the implementation of relevant orders and procedures so that they can continue to provide essential goods on the basis of ensuring the implementation of regulations on Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control in the current situation.
