I hope the province will invest in more spaces for exhibitions, artistic creation, and promotion - particularly in photography - while creating favorable conditions for the pool of artists and writers to fully demonstrate their potential and contribute to promoting the image of a dynamic, compassionate, and culturally rich Dong Nai. When Dong Nai becomes a centrally governed city, culture and the arts should be placed on par with economic development, serving as a sustainable foundation for long- term growth.

Focusing on developing the business community ecosystem

Dong Nai’s elevation to a centrally governed city is not only a reflection of the scale of an ordinary administrative unit but also is a strategy to realize a long-term development vision aligned with the province’s inherent potential and strategic position.
At this historic moment, three core factors are essential for Dong Nai’s transformation and sustained growth: the quality of human resources, a green living environment, and an improved standard of living aligned with that of a major city.
Dong Nai needs to implement strong reforms to improve the investment and business environment; prioritize education, science
and technology, and innovation; and enhance production and business conditions for enterprises, especially small and medium-sized ones. These enterprises can then grow into leading corporations, driving the development of a dynamic business ecosystem.

Dong Nai’s ambition to become a centrally governed city is both a source of pride and a challenge, placing higher demands on living standards and environmental management. As the province approaches the criteria of a special-class urban area, environmental regulations will inevitably become stricter in a more synchronized and modern direction. In this context, today’s pressure serves as a catalyst for innovation, enabling businesses to grow alongside the province in a green and sustainable direction, with the cooperation of the community in building an environmentally friendly lifestyle.

Toward digital-based population management

As Dong Nai transitions toward becoming a centrally governed city, localities will inevitably undergo rapid urbanization. However, this process may also create conditions for social evils and crime to emerge and complicate the security landscape. Therefore, maintaining public security and order must focus on three key pillars:

Priorities should be given to strengthening personnel and equipment for the police force. Moving beyond manual patrols toward digital population management; closely monitoring demographic changes, especially in rental areas and new residential zones; expanding the
coverage of smart surveillance cameras and upgrading monitoring systems across major roads and residential alleys.
In addition, the “All People Protecting National Security” movement should continue to be promoted, alongside maintaining community self-management groups and crime prevention clubs at the neighborhood level.

Investing in, expanding, and developing transport infrastructure

I expect that once Dong Nai becomes a centrally governed city, urban transport infrastructure will be significantly upgraded, expanded, and developed to match its new status. Currently, traffic congestion remains frequent during peak hours in central areas. Additionally, I hope that retirees who are still healthy, experienced, and willing to contribute will be given opportunities to engage in work appropriate to their age. This not only improves their quality of life but also helps society tap into a valuable human resource.

Expectations for a resettlement area befitting urban status

With Dong Nai’s orientation toward becoming a centrally governed city, I feel both excited and optimistic about the positive changes ahead. Living in a large-scale resettlement area located near the airport, I hope the State will continue to invest in synchronized and modern infrastructure, particularly essential social facilities such as markets and healthcare services to meet residents’ daily needs. At the same time, more solutions are needed to create jobs and support livelihoods, helping residents stabilize their income and feel secure in their new homes.
