Establishing the safe area without the Covid-19 epidemic

The Provincial People's Committee has just sent a document to the People's Committees of districts and cities, the Department of Health and the Provincial Public Security, the Provincial Military Command requesting the establishment of the safe area with the Covid-19 epidemic.

In order to improve the effectiveness of the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic with high efficiency, in the spirit of "keep the green area clean, clean the red area", reduce the level from very high risk area (red zone) to high risk area (orange zone), high risk area (yellow zone) and towards becoming the safe area - a sustainable green zone, the People's Committees of districts and cities shall lead and coordinate with the Provincial Police, the Provincial Military Command, the Department of Health and related agencies and units develop a plan to establish a safe areas/zones without the Covid-19 epidemic (green zone) on a scale from small (alley, hamlet, resident area) to large scale (commune, ward, township and between districts and cities).
