Establishing the Communist Party organizations in enterprises to help them develop stronger

The grassroots Commuist Party Cell of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Dong Nai Province was established in October 2021 (under the Party Committee of the Provincial Enterprises Division). After its establishment, the cell has developed working regulations, directions and tasks for the 2020-2025 term. Secretary Dang Quoc Nghi of the Party Cell and Vice Chairman of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of the province said that one of the important tasks of the organization at this time is to focus on building a team of party members who are constantly studying and practicing to improve their skills, political bravery and professional expertise to demonstrate the basic factors that determine the leadership capacity and struggling strength of the Party organization.

The Young Entrepreneurs Association of the province was established in 2003. Over 18 years of establishment, the Young Entrepreneurs Association has gathered more than 500 enterprises. Former Chairman Dang Van Diem of Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association expressed that now the province's Young Entrepreneurs Association has a Party cell, which is an honor for the association. I hope that in the coming time, the Youth Entrepreneurs Association of the province will operate effectively and jointly organize the association to do well the functions and tasks of the representative organization, to bridge the gap between enterprises and State agencies, contributing to the economic development of the province.

After 10 years, since the establishment of Dong Viet Agricultural Products Joint Stock Company, the company has a Communist Party Cell consisting of 3 official party members; Party member Tran Van Binh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company as Secretary of the Party Cell. Mr. Binh shared, the company's main business is wholesale of agricultural and forestry products; At the same time, the company is expanding into new fields such as financial investment, real estate, etc.

The development of the company over the years has brought a stable incomes to employees and helped the company to fulfill its social responsibility. Only for the 4th outbreak of Covid-19 in the province in 2021, the company has contributed 30 tons of rice to join the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association in implementing the program of 1,000 tons of rice, helping the province to safely implement the social donation. “Now that the company has a Party organization, we pledge to unite, unify and strictly implement the Party Charter and the functions and tasks of the Party organization in private enterprises. Focusing on propaganda and mobilizing employees to well implement the company's development goals in the coming time, including the research and investment in new projects to contribute to the development of Dong Nai Province "- Mr. Binh informed.

Demonstrating leadership capacity of Party organizations in enterprises

In 1996, the Communist Party Cell was established in Ajinomoto Vietnam Company, becoming the first Cell in foreign-invested enterprises located in Dong Nai Province. Dr. Hoang Van Quoc Chuong, Party Committee Secretary of Ajinomoto Vietnam Company, said that Ajinomoto Vietnam Company is a 100% Japanese owned enterprise. At the beginning of its establishment, the Cell faced many difficulties in operation, all activities of the Cell had to take place outside working hours. Faced with this situation, the Communist Party members in the company often discussed with the Japanese Board of Directors about the role and meaning of the Party organization in the enterprise.

At the same time, always uphold the sense of responsibility in performing tasks, taking the lead in production emulation movements, devoting for the company's work. Since then, the Director Board of the company has recognized the positive activities of the Cell, paid attention, and created conditions for the Cell to operate effectively. Employees in the company have sympathized with the Party organization, actively strive to become party members, quickly turn the Cell into a Party committee, with a total of nearly 100 Communist Party members today.

All key positions in the factory are currently held by party members who have high professional qualifications, and have been at the forefront of research, manufacturing product lines, implementing the company's product diversification strategy, making an important contribution to the company's effective production and business.

As a result, last year, despite the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the revenue of Ajinomoto Vietnam Company still increased compared to the previous year; pay more than VND1,900 billion to the State budget; income per capita is more than VND13 million per person per month.

For the Communist Party Cell in the Advanced Multitech Vietnam Co., Ltd., Nhon Trach 3 Industrial Zone, since its establishment in 2014, it has done well in political and ideological education among Party members and workers. Ms. Do Thi Thuy Kieu, Secretary of the Communist Party Cell said that the Communist Party members and workers here all well abide by the guidelines and laws of the Party and State, as well as the company's rules and regulations, actively working for the company's growth. From the active activities of the Communist Party Cell, the Board of Directors trusts the Cell to act as an intermediary in establishing a Steering Committee for the implementation of grassroots democracy and maintaining dialogues between employees and business owners every month. That shows that the Cell really affirms its role as the political nucleus in the company.

According to Mr. Pham Anh Dung, Deputy Organizing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the province currently has 181 Communist Party organizations in private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises, with a total of more than 4,300 party members (accounting for more than 5% of the total number of Communist Party members in the province). Most Party organizations in enterprises have promoted the role of the political nucleus, have done well in education, and mobilized workers and business owners to abide by the Party's guidelines and guidelines, as well as the State's policies and laws; Leading the Party leaders and employees in working, improving production and business efficiency; timely learn the thoughts and aspirations of employees.

To make every Party organization, after being established, become the leadership nucleus at the grassroots level, the Organizing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has issued guidance on several issues on improving the quality of Cell activities in private enterprises and FDI enterprises. At the same time, coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department to compile and publish the Newsletter on activities of the Cell, helping the Cell in private enterprises, foreign-invested enterprises and the Boards of Directors of enterprises having Communist Party Cells in the province understands more deeply the meaning of establishing Party organizations in enterprises and undertakings, policies and laws of the Party and State related to the work of building Party and mass organizations in enterprises; policies and laws related to production and business activities, supporting enterprises to develop and laws directly related to employees.

Recently, working with the Party Committee of the Provincial Enterprise Division, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Linh suggested that in the coming time, all levels of Party committees in the province and the Party Committee of the Provincial Enterprises Division continue to promote the development of the Party members and established Party organizations in enterprises, thereby building the core role of the Party in all economic sectors.

In the establishment of Party organizations in enterprises, attention should be paid to the establishment of Party organizations in foreign-invested enterprises and private enterprises. Provincial Party Committees must help Party organizations in enterprises outside the state sector to function well and prove that Party related activities in enterprises is only for the sole purpose of contributing to the effective operation of enterprises and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.

When enterprises operate effectively, they will ensure jobs, stable income for employees and contribute to the State budget. The province will always accompany and support businesses operating in accordance with the law with effective mechanisms, policies and business investment environment in Dong Nai Province.

The last 5th plenum of the 13th Central Committee issued the Resolution "Strengthening and consolidating the Party's grassroots organization and improving the quality of the party members in the new period". To make the Resolution to be effectively implemented, the Party Central Committee has proposed many solutions, including continuing to promote the construction and development of grassroots Party organizations in the non-state sector, especially in Foreign-invested enterprises, private enterprises and private non-business units.
