Enterprises upgrade the level of epidemic prevention

Each unit and enterprise promulgates regulations on epidemic prevention and control of the unit and has sanctions to handle violations if employees do not comply. Strictly manage and control information of workers outside the province working at enterprises to ensure epidemic prevention and control.

Enterprises also seriously assess the risk of infection at the workplaces and dormitories for employees and report the results of the monthly assessment to the Management Board at the beginning of each month. At the same time, sign a commitment to fully implement and take responsibility for the observance of regulations on prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic.

For the online declaration to assess the risk of Covid-19 infection and sign a commitment to implement epidemic prevention measures, businesses must complete and send to the Management Board before June 15. These are the two contents that enterprises must demonstrate when conducting entry procedures and granting, re-granting and extending for foreign workers. The Management Board will consider consulting and approving the dossier when the enterprises fully implement these tasks.

Enterprises that do not fully implement measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic will be dealt with, even those with high risk of infection, will propose the Provincial People's Committee to decide to suspend production and business activities.
