Ensuring the ground handover on time to build Long Thanh International Airport Stage 1

 

Chairman Cao Tien Dung requested Long Thanh district to focus on promptly solving the problems, ensuring the ground handover for the construction of Long Thanh International Airport stage 1 in October 2020. For the remaining area, the same ground clearance must be done continuously, without delay.

In order to solve the displacement of people in the project area who have to relocate, firstly, the households in the area of site priority clearance (area of 1.8 thousand hectares), the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board Bidding documents must be completed.

In order to speed up the process, the unit must calculate and concentrate on quickly handling document issues; ensure the commencement of technical infrastructure construction works in Loc An - Binh Son Resettlement Area in upcoming April.

In site clearance, with the case of unidentified land plots, the owner must check the absence of landlords to ensure progress.

The Management Board of the provincial construction investment project must find a solution while the provincial People's Committee has not yet issued the unit prices to complete the bidding documents for component projects to build resettlement areas.
