Accordingly, in the complicated situation of the Covid-19 epidemic, in order to promptly ensure the food, foodstuff and other essential goods for people in the province, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the People's Committees of districts and cities to be responsible for closely coordinating with the Department of Industry and Trade and other departments, branches, fronts and mass organizations of the localities in strongly supervising the supply of food, foodstuffs and other essential goods in each locality in order to promptly take measures to ensure people, especially poor people, people in difficult circumstances, expatriate workers staying in the hostels in the localities... and must not let any cases lack of food, clothing, food and foodstuff happen.

The Department of Industry and Trade was assigned to be responsibile for coordinating with the People's Committees of districts, cities and related departments, branches and units in continuing to take measures to implement the supply chain of the essential goods fully so that the shortages and disrupted chains situation will not occur, especially necessities for  the quarantine areas and  the field hospitals in the province.

The Provincial People's Committee proposed the departments, agencies and branches of the province with their assigned authorities and tasks to promote the spirit of anti-epidemic, strengthen responsibility in performing tasks and closely coordinate with districts and cities in order to ensure adequate supply of essential goods and best support people to overcome the pandemic.
