Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh is known as the "person of innovation " at the company. Over 4 years working at the packaging factory, Tuan Anh has contributed nearly a dozen initiatives to businesses. The most recent is the initiative “Optimal rearrangement of the space in the packing box” which helps workers pack twice as much product into each box and saves half the number of boxes needed to pack. According to Mr. Tuan Anh, in the process of packing frame products, bicycle frames, off-road vehicles, he noticed that the cartons had plenty of empty space, so he proposed to improve from 20 packaged products to 40 products. Saves the number of boxes and makes the product more reliable.

As a young employee at the company, Mr. Tuan Anh is always proactive in his work and promotes his strengths in skills and dynamism at work. In addition to the above initiative, he also has other initiatives that are being applied to production such as: arranging goods neatly, packing products quickly, cutting unnecessary steps, etc. Particularly in the Month of Workers, with the launch of the Trade Union and enterprises on emulation initiatives, he encouraged his colleagues to work together to create the best quality products. Mr. Tuan Anh said that enterprises are promoting at the peak period of product​​ion, so they need the dynamism, agility and cooperation of workers. Since then, he and his colleagues have increased production to meet export orders of enterprises.

Mr. Le Ngoc Thang, working at Tokin Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd, Bien Hoa City is a worker actively participating in innovation initiatives at enterprises. Mr. Thang is also a typical example of merit awarded by the Provincial People's Committee in the emulation movement in 2021. With his dedication and efforts at work, the Certificate Of Merit is a worthy result for him to continue to strive further.

In this May alone, Mr. Thang has actively participated in emulation movements launched by enterprises and the program of 1 million initiatives - efforts to overcome difficulties, be creative, determined to fight against the Covid-19 pandemic. Mr. Thang said that working in a modern environment and electronic manufacturing industry, it is very necessary for innovation and creativity of workers. Specifically: eliminating small steps to reduce work pressure for workers, implementing modern and efficient production processes and improving detailed machinery for using easily.

From the beginning of the year, there have been hundreds of initiatives of workers applied to production, saving costs and reducing production materials for enterprises. Mr. Nguyen Van Tiep, Chairman of the Trade Union of Global Dynamic Mechanics Co., Ltd. said that at the company, any workers have an idea, they will be supported immediately by another department to bring the idea into practice and also granted the "hot rewards" to increase income. In 2021 alone, enterprises have had more than 100 topics on workers' technical initiatives that have been effectively applied in practice. The improvement ideas, whether big or small, are recognized by the company and deservedly rewarded or increased by day wages for workers.

At Taekwang Vina Industrial Joint Stock Company, Bien Hoa City, in the past 2 years, despite the complicated spread of the epidemic, the working spirit of the entire company's employees is very responsible. Every month, the company's employees contribute about 2,000 initiatives, increasing annual production capacity by 10%, reducing electricity and water costs, and reducing material costs, with an annual benefit value of over VND50 billion. In this May, responding to the program of 1 million initiatives - efforts to overcome difficulties, creativity, determination to fight against the Covid-19 pandemic, employees of the whole company participated in more than 11,000 initiatives, exceeding the target assigned by the upper level Trade Unions.

According to the Provincial Federation of Labor, the more difficult it is, the more emulation is required. In 2021, despite the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, emulation movements in Dong Nai Province still achieved many results, especially from the program of 75,000 initiatives to overcome difficulties and develop the business. The whole province has had 239 topics, over 18,000 initiatives, technical improvements in various fields and nearly 50,000 new ideas, benefiting agencies, units and businesses nearly VND406 billion. Particularly in 2022, the creative spirit of workers is realized every day.
