Call Center 1022 staffs advise and guide people to use the online public services during the complicated development of the epidemic
Specifically, 8 public services are provided including: support for employees and employers in temporarily suspending contributions to the retirement and death insurance benefit funds; support for employees to temporarily suspend their duties under labour contracts, take unpaid leave; Support employees to stop working; support employees ending their labour contracts but are not eligible for unemployment benefits; support employers wishing to borrow capital to pay for their employees or the recovery of production; extension of taxation payment deadlines for enterprises; extension of land taxation payment deadlines for individuals; send the feedback and recommendations.
