GTU is trying to negotiate with owner on Tet bonuses.</span><span> </span><span>GTU </span><span>Chairman
Ly Xe Ba</span><span> </span><span>said
that Tet bonuses for employees to recognize their contributions to enterprises
is very important because after a year of working, they all look to the bonuses
to have more spending Tet shopping. Therefore, businesses should announce the
Tet bonus early so that workers can be excited and assured to work.</span></p>

year, this company has not been affected much from the epidemic, many orders
have been signed by mid-2021, so the employees’ benefits are still guaranteed.

last year such as giving gifts, supporting car-tickets and lucky money for
employees who return to work after the Tet holiday. As for Tet bonuses, if the
collective labor agreement has specific provisions, it is suggested that
enterprises comply with their commitments with employees, on average 1-2 months

Labor Confederation</i>, to ensure employees’ interests at year end, the
provincial labor force instructed the Trade Union at all levels to closely
monitor the implementation of regimes for the employees, not allowing arrears to
employees’ wages and bonuses. This is an important task of the Trade Union at
all levels, in which the GTU plays an important role in directly monitoring and
monitoring the welfare payment situation, and the appropriate policies for the

responsibility and proactively works with the Trade Union to satisfactorily
resolve issues directly related to employee’s life, employment, salary and
bonus, will the employment relationship be stable and sustainable firm.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align&#58;justify;line-height&#58;normal;"><span style="font-size&#58;8pt;">Also according to Mr. Truong, with the number of over 25,000
employees, every day, the company’s Trade Union officers receive hundreds of
calls from employees asking about the Company policies. Therefore, in order to
respond specifically to the employee’s recommendations, the GTU cadres must not
only have a firm grasp of the law, but also have to skillfully explain so that
employees can understand, avoid conflicts occurring and affect production. “When
workers need it, we can be present in time, making efforts to build a civilized
and stable working environment for many years. In addition, the GTU always
coordinates with enterprises to directly dialogue and express their concerns in
the spirit of respecting the employees’ opinions. Only will they feel secure,
long-term attachment to businesses will appear.” - said Mr. Truong.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align&#58;justify;line-height&#58;normal;"><span style="font-size&#58;8pt;">Mr. Le Duc Thuy, Chairman of <i>Labor Federation of Trang Bom District</i>, said that at this time, the
labor relations situation in the district is quite stable and the employee’s
working thought is positive, accompanying the enterprises to complete the
yearly production plan.</span><span style="font-size&#58;8pt;">

to mention the role of GTU in accompanying businesses to overcome difficulties,
maintain production and ensure jobs for employees. However, the district labor
force also noted that the GTU should closely follow their activities -
especially in the last months of the year related to the payment of salaries
and bonuses of enterprises to employees, and many new policies in the Labor
Code (revised) will take effect in early 2021. It is necessary to make efforts
to take care of the employees’ life, not to let work stoppages and strikes
related to regimes and policies occur.</span></p>
