Dong Nai Province has provided the public services at level 4 in the field of advertising

Looking up the informations on the administrative procedures of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the National Public Service Portal 

For the above-mentioned violating billboards, in the past time, the Chief Inspector of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has handled 27 administrative violated billboards with a total fine of more than VND143 million for the units implementing the billboard; and at the same time, the measures to remove the violated advertising contents has been applied. The localities are that: Bien Hoa City has fined with an amount of more than VND551 million; Long Khanh City has fined with an amount of more than VND52 million; Long Thanh District has fined with an amount of more than VND16 million; Vinh Cuu District has fined with an amount of VND30 million; and Nhon Trach District has fined with an amount of VND12 million.

Currently, the Department has received the dossiers of announcement of advertising products on billboards and banners through the Provincial Online Public Service Portal. The Department has also implemented the provision of public services at level 4 with the online dossiers rate of 100% and completed the administrative procedures (registered) on the Provincial Public Service Portal, creating a positive premise and a higher improved basis in implementing the administrative procedures on the National Public Service Portal.

In addition, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has applied the quality management system according to the national standard TCVN ISO 9001:2015 for the administrative procedures of the sector in order to ensure the full implementation of business conditions, the simplified contents of regulations on business conditions. The Department has coordinated with the 1022 Telephone Center supporting to handle the complaints and recommendations, answer the questions, and register for the public postal services of the people in the process of carrying out the administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the sector. In addition, the Department has also implemented the brochures, documents and clips on guiding the organizations and individuals in order to increase the use of online public services at level 4 in announcing the advertising products on billboards and banners.
