Provincial Public Security directs its branches in district and commune level to strengthen forces to participate in blockade areas and checkpoints; coordinates with the health sector, military and local authorities to ensure security and order, strictly handle violations and ensure other measures in epidemic prevention and control in the blocked area according to the law.

The blockade on a large scale (within the whole district and city), requires localities to organize an assessment of the risk of the epidemic and to develop specific plans to ensure necessary measures and conditions.
