Mr. Phan Toi Tho Hiep, Secretary of Party Cell, Chairman of Trade Union of TOKIN ELECTRONICS Vietnam Co., Ltd. said that the company was established in February 1997, 100% foreign investment capital; In 2008, the company’s Party Cell was established. Currently, the Cell has 5 members. Since its establishment, the company's Party Cell has always strived to lead Party members and organize the Trade Union to propagate and mobilize employees to perform production and business tasks, promote technical innovations in order to increase productivity and improve product quality.

Attending the meeting, Mr. Le Ba Quy, General Director of the Company said that since TOKIN ELECTRONICS Vietnam Co., Ltd. had a Party organization, the relationship between the company's leaders and employees has been increasingly improved; everything is negotiable.

Through the first 4 months of 2022, the company's production and business tasks have basically achieved the set plan. Per capita income is VND10.4 million per month (increasing by more than 20% over the same period last year).

Concluding at the meeting, Secretary Nguyen Hong Linh of the Provincial Party Committee thanked the company leaders for their attention to the Party organization in enterprises. At the same time, he highly appreciated the activities of the company's Cell that strictly complied with Regulation 171-QD/TW of the Secretariat on the functions and tasks of Party organizations in foreign-invested enterprises.

The Party Cell of the company needs to continue to promote its leadership role for the strong development of the company. Pay attention to the development of new party members; In which, attention should be paid to the admission of the Party as leaders and managers of the company.

In the afternoon of the same day, Secretary Nguyen Hong Linh of the Provincial Party Committee and the delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, together with the Party Committee of the Provincial Enterprise Division worked with the Party Committee of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company.

TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company is a 100% Korean-owned enterprise, specializing in exporting sports shoes. Currently, the company has 5 branches inside and outside the province with a total number of employees of more than 37,000 people. The company has a Party organization with 96 Party members; Party committees here are all officials holding key leadership positions in enterprises, such as Deputy General Director of Production, Director of Sustainable Development, President of Trade Union, Directors of Departments and Departments.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nam Jung Dae, General Director of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company, thanked the provincial leaders for the attention of the provincial leaders in the past time, timely vaccination against Covid-19 for workers so that the company have sufficient human resources for production.

Currently, the company's production situation is very good, the first 4 months' revenue reached 114% compared to the same period last year, 105% of the year plan was paid to the state budget; per capita income is nearly VND9 million VND per month (up 6.5% over the same period). The party members in the company, especially the team of leaders and managers are really "talent" of the company, they have done the job of balancing the interests between business owners and employees, so the company always create conditions for the Party organization to operate effectively.

Secretary Nguyen Hong Linh of the Provincial Party Committee highly appreciated the investment of Taekwang Vina Group in Dong Nai, contributing to creating jobs for workers and the development of the province. At the same time, the company is also very interested in creating conditions for the Party organization to operate in accordance with the functions and tasks prescribed by the type of Party organization in foreign-invested enterprises.

For the Party Committee of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company, which has proven its performance, the company's general director is very supportive. The company's Party Committee needs to continue to do well in the development of the party to build a team of reputable cadres and workers, leading the collective development firmly.

Regarding the company's recommendations, such as building cultural institutions for workers; housing for workers; develop social insurance policies for workers in the foreign business sector similar to those in other sectors to persuade workers to participate in social insurance, not to withdraw benefits early, etc., The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee noted and directed the functional branches of the province to deal with issues within their competence; Other issues will be reported to specialized agencies of the Central Government for handling.
