Attentions should be paid absolutely even in the situation of 'new normal'

In order to prepare for the roadmap to the "new normal" in the area, Cam My District has recently issued a plan to gradually restore the activities of socio-economic, national defense - security in order to ensure safety in the Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control in the district in the new situation. The district plan has been divided into three phases. Specifically, from September 20 to the end of September 30, communes and townlets have applied the Directive No. 15 with conditions; from October 01 to the end of October 15, based on the rate of people getting vaccinated and the evolution of the epidemic, the appropriate activities will be applied and opened; and from October 16 onwards, based on the epidemic situation in the district and the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, the district will implement the contents related to the activities of socio-economic, national defense - security, and suitable culture and entertainment.

In Xuan Loc District, the district has implemented a plan to apply the Directive No. 15 in 14 per 15 "green zone" communes and townlets in the area. Especially, in Xuan Hung Commune, due to the still complicated epidemic situation, the commune should apply the Directive No. 16. According to the Chairperson of the Xuan Loc District People's Committee Nguyen Thi Cat Tien, the district has clearly determined that the restoration of socio - economic activities in the area must be gradually carried according to each phase of the actual situation; the "green zones" has been gradually loosen the social distancing very cautious, strict, synchronous, safe and appropriate for each place and each area. The district has continued to strictly control the checkpoints at the routes of inter-commune, inter-district, provincial and National Road No. 1. At the same time, it will uphold the spirit of high concentration, not be absolutely neglect or loose in the management and control of the epidemic.

Without being subjective and neglectful  

The area is classified as a "green zone", starting from 0:00 on September 20, so the whole city of Long Khanh has officially applied the Directive No. 15 and loosened the social distancing in order to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic. According to the Directive No. 15, the people are allowed to normally traffic in the inner commune; the essential goods producing and trading businesses may resume their operations and must fully meet the regulations on the epidemic prevention and control; the food and beverage enteprises are allowed to sell takeaways, etc. Being loosened up more than as before, the people in Long Khanh City expressed their excitement.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Can, a Choro ethnic person in Hang Gon Commune, shared that in the past few days, he had been heard on the radio speakers of the commune, hamlet, and the newpaper about the province's roadmap to the "new normal" state. In particular, there has had the easing of social distancing in the "green zone" where he lives. “I and my relatives feel very glad that the whole city is classified as a “green zone”. The epidemic prevention and control is done very well, no cases of infection in Hang Gon Commune have been detected so far. At the same time, we  have been feel very happy because the social distancing is loosened more than as before, so people's lives have been somewhat more comfortable. From that joy, my relatives and I will continue to promote the spirit of strictly abiding the regulations on the epidemic prevention and control in order to join our hands with the local government to keep our own "green zone" commune " - Mr. Can said.

In order for the people to understand and strictly abide the regulations on the epidemic prevention and control in the new situation, the Steering Committee for the Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control of Hang Gon Commune said that the commune is continuing to promote the propaganda as well as many other solutions with the spirit of absolute non-subjectivity and neglective to continue to protect the achievements in the Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control works.

Mrs. Quach Thi Toan, Chairperson of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hang Gon Commune, said: "One of the things that the locality has been trying to do throughout is taking care of the social welfares and not letting the people fall into difficult situations because of the epidemic. As a result, the people can feel secure, continue to strictly comply with regulations on the epidemic prevention and control."

In Vinh Thanh Commune, the only "green zone" in the area of Nhon Trach District, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thuy Trang, a resident of Thanh Minh Hamlet, said that compared to other localities in the district, the people in this place are allowed to move in their inner hamlets and the essential stores are reopened, etc. “We will continue to raise the awareness of epidemic prevention and control and strictly abide by the 5K regulations, etc. so that the epidemic in the locality continues to be well controlled. The commune will be gradually returned to the new normal state," - Ms. Trang said.

The Secretary of the Vinh Thanh Commune Party Committee Tran Hoang Su said: "The commune has developed a plan and clearly defined each phase in order to gradually restore the socio - economic activities with a spirit of extreme caution. In which, in the first week, the people are allowed to move in their inner hamlets. Some essential stores are allowed to reopen to serve the people with the requirement of 3 days of rapid testing once, ensuring the strict implementation of 5K regulations, etc. Then, based on the local epidemic situation in the locality, the Steering Committee for the Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control of the district and province will continue to learn from experience in order to come up the best implementation plan in the next phase," Mr. Su said.
