Instead, the company is trying as much as possible under current conditions to maintain jobs and ensure a secure income for workers, which cuts working hours but maintains a workforce, encourage employees and businesses for attempting to overcome the pandemic. Simultaneous, trying to access policies on labor and employment, supporting policies for enterprises from the Government to overcome difficulties and retain employees.
