Accelerate the financial supports for employees

At Nhat Go Co., Ltd, the company representative said the enterprise currently has over 1,000 employees. During the past time, to carry out pandemic prevention and control, the company has organized for more than 700 employees to implement the ‘3T’ plan. The remaining employees were temporarily suspended from work due to being in isolation and lockdown areas. For employees who perform ‘3T’, in addition to being fully paid by the company, they also receive an additional VND130,000 each person per day. Currently, the company has terminated the ‘3T’ plan for employees to return to their families and go to work every day according to the ‘one route, two destinations’ plan.

Regarding the implementation of the Government's Resolution 68, the Company has supported making dossiers for 375 employees to enjoy the benefits on time. For 37 employees who returned to their hometowns, the enterprise will transfer the support expenses to ATM accounts for employees. In addition, the company is carrying out procedures for 67 pregnant and nursing employees to send to the district Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for approval and timely support for employees.

In Trang Bom District, Vice Chairwoman of the People's Committee of District Luong Thi Lan said that, following the Government's Resolution 68 on supporting workers and employers facing difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic, so far, the district has provided support to the beneficiaries with the amount of over VND160 billion. In the process of implementation, there are still some limitations such as making a list of beneficiaries in some communes and towns, which was too late compared to the plan. Currently, the People's Committee of District has added 10 more personnel to the Labor Department to speed up the review and timely support for employees. It is expected that in the coming time, the district will continue to review, approve and support the people with the amount of about VND150 billion.

Speaking at the meetings with the units, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Son Hung highly appreciated the outstanding results in the implementation of support expenditure under Resolution 68 for the beneficiaries. For Nhat Go Co., Ltd., it has done quite well in its prevention work, ensuring a green business up to this point. In addition, enterprises also have many regimes and policies besides salary to take care of life and spirit, reduce pressure for employees during the "three-on-the-spot" working time at the company. For Trang Bom District, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that Trang Bom is a district with a large number of workers with nearly 112,000 people, so the payment will face many difficulties in reviewing and listing. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee suggested that the district should continue to carefully understand the regulations in the payment of the State's support package, ensuring that those who are in difficulty due to the epidemic will be supported. At the same time, it is important to uphold the responsibility to promptly record people's feedback and opinions through the switchboard and directly to ensure social security for the people.
