In the first three months of this year, 78 projects of domestic and foreign enterprises in industrial zones licensed for building. Licensed businesses mainly build factories, offices and works for production and business.

After granting construction permits for enterprises in the industrial zones, Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority will regularly monitor and urge the investors to comply with the construction schedule. When the construction works completed, they will be checked and accepted to put into use. The completion and operation of the above projects will help the province's revenue from industrial production and export turnover increase. Also in the first three months of 2021, the Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority has appraised the construction design and basic design of 68 dossiers for enterprises.
