5 subjects are allowed to buy and possess houses in Dong Nai, including: foreign individuals directly investing in Vietnam or enterprises operating in Vietnam leasing management position; individuals whose work has contributed to Vietnam awarded the President Medal; foreign individuals working in the field of eco-socio fields qualified at university degree or higher and people who have the specific knowledge and skills that Vietnam has special needs; foreign individuals married to Vietnamese citizens; enterprises with foreign investment operating in Vietnam who are non-functional in real estate business, having the demand on housing for people who are working in the enterprises.
This information stated by Department of Construction at the meeting in the afternoon of August 12th with Deputy Chairperson of PPC Phan Thi My Thanh and other departments and three corporations: DOFICO, Tin Nghia, Sonadezi on planning the content of developing services for foreigners. Deputy Chairperson Phan Thi My Thanh requested 3 corporations on construction making specific ideas as well as deployment of services for foreigners. In particular, promoting the services of the supporting industry, housing, living, security, travel, etc. to meet the needs of foreigners residing in Dong Nai is the key factor.
