Suggestions on drafting projects submitted to provincial People’s Council collected

Delegates unanimously approved 4 projects presented at the meeting. Accordingly, the project on the standards and titles of commune-level part-time officials and public employees will have two contents as follows: implementing the project under the Decree No.92/2009/ND-CP and supporting these public employees in the province.

The project on fees for granting certificates of land use right, dwelling house ownership and properties affixed with land in the province has been approved in accordance with Circular No.106/2010/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance. Accordingly, the subjects exempted fees are those who have certificates of land use right in rural areas, poor households based on new poverty standards, and revolutionary contributors.

As for the project on commune security chiefs, delegates approved the quantity, titles and allowances of commune security chiefs as follows: each commune will have a deputy security chief and 3 security personnel and each hamlet will has 2 hamlet security personnel.

As for the project on the activities of watchmen in the province, delegates will identify the key communes to arrange this watchmen force if necessary.
