Binh Y hamlet of Vinh Cuu district receives title of cultural hamlet

It was the last hamlet of heroic Tan Binh commune in Vinh Cuu district to be awarded the certification. According to some accounts, recent years had witnessed the radical improvement of local people’s living conditions. In 2004, the hamlet only has 16 families living under the poverty line, 100% of families were awarded the title of cultural family, 90% of families had access to clean water supply, the local political system was considered stable, the hamlet Party cell was considered strong and transparent and other organizations of the masses were graded good. At the moment all hamlets in Tan Binh commune had been awarded cultural hamlet title. As a matter of fact four communes in Vinh Cuu district now have all of their hamlets awarded the title of cultural hamlet
