The seminar aimed to update knowledge and improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment in the field of Urology at Dong Nai - 2 Hospital, developing new techniques in the healthcare system, particularly in urology, in Dong Nai province. Additionally, it sought to alleviate symptoms and improve the quality of life for patients suffering from urinary tract diseases.

This event also provided an opportunity for doctors to meet, exchange, and accumulate knowledge and experience with leading experts in diagnosing, examining, and treating urological and nephrological diseases. From there, they can continue to strive and collaborate for the goal of joint development, contributing to the mission of protecting and caring for public health.

New Techniques  

At the seminar, urologists demonstrated cutting-edge techniques such as: Percutaneous nephrolithotomy through a mini tunnel; retrograde flexible ureteroscopy for kidney stone fragmentation; holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP). The surgery were transmitted live from the operating room at Dong Nai 2 Hospital to the conference hall, allowing attendees to observe minimally invasive interventions and surgeries in real-time, vividly updating specialized methods.

Following the live demonstrations, participants listened to reports from speakers from Cho Ray Hospital, University of Medicine and Pharmacy Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong General Hospital, Binh Dan Hospital (Ho Chi Minh City), and Dong Nai 2 Hospital, covering topics such as:
