Implementing projects on exploiting land fund in the vicinity of traffic projects

​(E. Portal of Dong Nai) Provincial People's Committee has issued a plan to implement projects on exploiting land fund in the vicinity of traffic projects in the province to create capital for infrastructure development of road traffic infrastructure (period 2022-2027).

The project of upgrading and expanding provincial road 769 is one of the approved projects to exploit the land fund in the vicinity.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requires relevant agencies to carry out relevant procedures as a basis for land recovery, compensation, support and resettlement of land areas, including: procedures for capital advance to carry out the work of compensation, support and resettlement; update the land plots in the list of land acquisition, the annual land use plan, the list of projects using land for rice cultivation; establish procedures for submitting to the Prime Minister for approval on changing the purpose of land use for rice cultivation, for land plots with an area of 10 hectares or more of rice cultivation; review and build resettlement areas in the third quarter of 2023.

The process of implementing land acquisition, compensation, support and resettlement will be divided into 3 groups, including: 9 land areas with land recovery of Dong Nai Rubber Corporation One Member., Ltd currently in the period from the second quarter to the fourth quarter of 2023; 6 land plots with less than 10 hectares of rice land will be implemented from the second quarter of 2023 to the fourth quarter of 2024; 6 land plots with an area of rice cultivation of 10 hectares or more will be implemented from the first quarter of 2024 to the fourth quarter of 2024.

As for the organization of land plots auctions, the competent authorities complete the procedures to organize the auction of land use rights for 10 land plots in 2025 and the remaining 11 land plots in 2026 and 2027.

According to the Provincial People's Committee, there are currently 6 projects to exploit the land fund in the vicinity of traffic projects in the province approved by the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee. With these 6 projects, there will be 21 land plots with an area of nearly 1.6 thousand hectares to be exploited. The expected total revenue from the auction of land use rights in the surrounding areas is nearly 43 trillion VND. After deducting the cost of site clearance and infrastructure investment, the revenue from exploiting the land fund in the sub-region is more than 34 thousand billion VND.​
