Dong Nai’s companies on their ways to integrate and develop

​(CTT-Đong Nai) – In response to the Prime Minister's call on the “Vietnam's enterprises on their ways to integrate and develop" movement, Dong Nai's leadership has since laid out plans for the movement and carried them out effectively  ​

Improving business investments

Chief of Provincial Emulation and Reward Board, Mr. Thai Binh Duong, said that in order to join this movement, in last few years, every level of the province leadership has issued a wide range of solutions to improve the business investment scene; increase administrative reforms; focus on solving issues and problems that companies and manufacturers are facing; help companies and manufacturers expanding during this troubled period, as COVID-19 after-effects; still linger and the current world geo-politic situation. At the same time, companies and manufacturers in Dong Nai have organized events for workers to compete in, and integrate these small events with performing the movement to successfully complete the targets of producing and trading.

One thing that should be commended is that during this difficult period, many companies and manufacturers were, and are putting in the effort to make sure their workers are able to work and make a living; tirelessly aiding the local communities, social security; and looking after the poor…

The Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Corporation said that last year, the Party committee, the Board of Directors, the Board of General Directors has issued policies, resolutions and other solutions to overcome challenges, continue to produce and recover from the devastating effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Most of the targets are met, some even surpass the original estimations. The political and company security, workload, income, and other benefits for the workers are guaranteed. The corporation has carried out various social activities for the community with great successes, with the overall combined budget up to 35,3 billion VNĐ between 2021 and 2022. The Party Committee also completed the 2021-2022 missions successfully.

Improving competitiveness and productivity

According to the Central Committee for Emulation and Commendation, the “Vietnam's enterprises on their ways to integrate and develop" movement has spread to many aspects; such as new company management and administration methods; improving company's productivity and competitiveness; improving the quality of products and services in order to increasing revenue; advancing technological progress, increasing productivity by applying science and technology in production and trading; restructuring and redirecting the economy to become a “knowledge economy"; creating a high added value, and meeting the requirements of the 4.0 industrial revolution.

At the same time, they have to establish and build up their brands, products value, retain the traditional customs, work ethnics and fair competition; focus the available resources, strengthen the supply chains both domestically and internationally; value “trust" as the most important virtue; … Through emulation movements, many solutions on expanding company and improving the investment environment are carried out extensively.

On the other hand, as the companies' production and business activities are severly affected by the complicated situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, every relevant office and department is conducting different supporting policies to help companies recover and develop.
Especially they should offer guidance or issue documents containing solutions for difficulties that companies are facing through aid packages;  conducting debt restructuring, lower interest rate and credit; extend the tax payment deadline and housing tax; policies that help companies paying their workers' salaries and social securities; urge to perform administrative reforms, utilize IT in solving companies requests and opinions to ensure publicity, clarity, on time… ​
