Business Profile: Producing Supporting Industrial Products for the Mechanical Sector

​(News Portal – Dong Nai) - Choosing the field of supporting mechanical manufacturing, Tinh Nguyen Hao One Member Company Limited (Bien Hoa City) has supplied products to enterprises with investments from Japan, the United States, and domestic manufacturers. Despite fluctuations in the company's business situation recently, through its efforts, the enterprise is still investing in a new factory to enhance production capabilities.

Opening a New Factory  
Established in 2007, Tinh Nguyen Hao specializes in manufacturing and processing mechanical components, automated machines, pump casings, and household generators. After 14 years of effort, the total investment has increased tenfold compared to the initial period, which includes two production facilities located in Phuoc Tan Ward and Tam Phuoc Industrial Park. The factory in Tam Phuoc Industrial Park was recently invested in and put into operation in March. This investment reflects a long-term strategy, even though the overall production situation in the mechanical manufacturing industry, as well as for Tinh Nguyen Hao in general, is still facing many challenges.

Director of Tinh Nguyen Hao Company Limited, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hung, shared that the recent pandemic and subsequent global economic downturn have significantly impacted the manufacturing industry. At times, the number of the company's traditional customers has decreased by up to 40%, leading to a proportional drop in orders due to weak global market demand. To address these difficulties, the company is exploring new customer opportunities to compensate for the decline.

Additionally, the company has negotiated with customers to reach a consensus to maintain production for both parties' factories. "Some customers directly use our products, while others utilize our components to create input products for their subsequent customers. Therefore, in these challenging times, collaboration among manufacturers is crucial," Mr. Hung emphasized.

Currently, about 10% of Tinh Nguyen Hao's orders are supplied to Vietnamese and American companies, while the majority of its products are partnered with Japanese enterprises operating in Vietnam. With the new factory investment in Tam Phuoc Industrial Park, the company hopes to continue to break through in the upcoming period, as foreign investment continues to flow into Vietnam and Dong Nai, driving demand for the supporting industrial products it manufactures.

Connecting Training to Enhance Human Resource Capacity

According to Mr. Hung, to meet the increasing standards of partners, the company's workforce, technical capabilities, and technology must be regularly upgraded. Currently, the company is reasonably satisfied with its dedicated workforce, who have remained loyal through the market's ups and downs. This is a point of pride for Mr. Hung after over 14 years of operation; however, production conditions are constantly changing, and customer demands evolve accordingly. Therefore, enhancing production capabilities and skill levels must always be a top priority.

To achieve this, Tinh Nguyen Hao LLC regularly aligns its production tasks with the technical and technological requirements of its partners. Additionally, the company has established systematic production standards internally and cultivated a company culture for employees to adhere to.

Alongside enhancing technical standards through partnerships with major foreign partners, Tinh Nguyen Hao also collaborates with universities and vocational schools in the province to create a high-quality labor force as needed. The company hosts internships for students, shares new technology and equipment with trainees, and organizes training courses for instructors and staff from both sides to exchange experiences. The aim is to significantly enhance the skills of workers upon recruitment, as they will have gained practical experience.
