Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Phan Van Mai shared that the locality will apply new technologies to key industries and support enterprises in enhancing their capabilities to participate in global value chains. The city is strongly implementing dual transformations, focusing on green and digital transitions, and creating a transparent legal framework based on specific policies to support businesses.

Chairman of the Ba Ria-Vung Tau Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Tho stated that in recent years, the province has strengthened state management and built a positive, favorable investment and business environment. Ba Ria-Vung Tau aims to create a dynamic and efficient investment environment for all domestic and foreign enterprises. The province will continue to decisively address each challenge and obstacle to facilitate business operations. To enhance efficiency, local authorities will conduct inspections and audits with the goal of eliminating delays and bottlenecks in paperwork and procedures that hinder businesses.​
