Training course on Intellectual Properties law for enterprises opened.

The training course attracts 100 participants from departments, agencies and sectors in the province. The training course focuses on the following issues: the Intellectual properties law, the need to issue the law on Copyright and related right, protection mechanism, the integration into world in the field of intellectual properties.

With radical changes of the global economy and Vietnam is on the verge of being admitted as a member of WTO, enterprises keeps working out policies and plans so as to enhance their developments and trades. Thus, this training course will help them to protect and develop their intellectual properties in global economy and simultaneously to comprehend the latest policies of Vietnam government on this issue, especially with the enactment of the Law on Intellectual Properties and the enforcement of this law since July 1 2006.
