The Commission for Social Issues seeks for ideas and advice on the enforcement of the Employment Law relating to female employees at the Industrial Zone Trade Union

The delegation of the Commission have a meeting with business owners and Dong Nai Provincial Management Board

    At the meeting, the delegation heard a number of female employees and business owners expressing their ideas on the implementation of the policies towards female workers such as recruiting, dismissing, training staff, vocational training, working conditions, working time, representative voice, preferential regime, tax exemption and reduction towards the businesses who employ female workers ... The chapter 10 of the Employment Law has many particular stipulations relating to the female employees working for administrative agencies and businesses. However, in reality many policies fail to be implemented and followed due to infeasibility or overlap with those relating to social insurance, emulation, commendation and rewards. Ms Truong Thi Mai – Head of the Commission for Social Issues said that given ideas and advice at the meeting would assist in making an amendment to the Employment Law relating to female employees more practically and effectively, thereby ensuring the rights of all individuals and simultaneously developing the harmonious relationship between business owners and female workers.
