Dong Nai held ceremony to sum up its patriotic emulation movement

Vice State President Truong My Hoa awarded the title of labor hero to 4 typical units.

Participating at the ceremony were Ms. Truong My Hoa, Vice State President; Mr. Le Hoang Quan, Deputy Secretary of Ho Chi Minh City’s Party Committee; Mr. Do Xuan Thang, Deputy Head of Central Committee for Commend and Reward; Mr. Tran Dinh Thanh, Party Secretary of Dong Nai province; Mr. Le Hong Phuong, Deputy Secretary of provincial Party Committee; Mr. Vo Van Mot, Chairman of provincial People’s Committee; Duong Minh Nga, Chairman of provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

On behalf of State President, Mrs. Truong My Hoa, first vice chairperson of Central Committee for Commend and Reward awarded the title of Labor Hero to 4 units which have gained excellent achievements in the period of 1995-2004, namely Dong Nai Process and Im-Export Agricultural Products, Bien Hoa Industrial Zones Construction and Development Company, Dong Tien Garment Company and Tran Hung Dao Junior High School.

4 First-Grade Labor Medals were awarded to 4 units, 4 units and 4 persons were awarded Second-Grade Labor Medal and 11 units and 9 persons were awarded Third-Grade Labor Medal. With these achievements, Dong Nai province was awarded the certificate of merit by the Prime Minister.

Addressing at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Dinh Thanh, Secretary of provincial Party Committee and Chairman of provincial People’s Council, praised all units and individuals who have made great achievements in fields of economy, politics, society, security and defense. He also places much stress on the role of propaganda activities in emulation movements in order to build typical models and expand them in all people.
