Construction permit projects include enterprises with domestic investment capital and foreign direct investment (FDI). However, most of them are projects of FDI enterprises.
In industrial parks in the province, there are currently 143 projects under construction to build factories, with 88 projects of FDI enterprises and 55 projects of enterprises with domestic investment capital. Projects under construction have a total capital of nearly 2.5 billion USD.
