WP - Amata Group said that so far they had invested more than 2.9 trillion dong to implement 4 projects in Long Thanh district. In particular, the transfer of compensation for ground clearance is nearly 507 billion VND. This is the advance payment for people whose land is acquired to implement the project. The above projects were assigned by Amata Group to Amata Bien Hoa Urban Joint Stock Company to implement from 2015 to present. The above projects include 1 Long Thanh high-tech industrial park and 3 commercial and service urban projects. Currently the project is in the process of site clearance compensation and investment preparation for technical infrastructure.
The investor's plan is that mid-2019 will start the construction of technical infrastructure and lease land to the secondary investor to build factories so that in mid-2020, factories will be completed and put into operation. However, due to problems in compensation, site clearance and rice land, the project has not been put into operation and delayed from the schedule.
Amata is one of the two Thai corporations with the largest capital investment in Dong Nai (after CP Group).
