During the visit, the delegation worked with several leading Singaporean agencies, organizations, and enterprises, including URA Gallery, United Overseas Bank (UOB), SMRT Corporation, CPG Corporation, JTC Corporation, Keppel, and Changi Airport Group. The delegation also visited the Our Tampines Hub model and worked with the Embassy of Vietnam in Singapore.

At the URA Gallery, the delegation learned about long-term urban planning, green and smart urban development, people-centered approaches, and strategies for restructuring urban spaces in connection with seaport development and national infrastructure.
At UOB, the delegation was received by Jimmy Koh, Managing Director and Head of Network Partnership and Strategic Marketing, who leads the "Connecting the World through ASEAN" program and provides foreign direct investment (FDI) advisory services; Thomas Warren, Global Operations Director for Aviation at SJ Group; and Si Chao Yong, who is responsible for the Connecting Global FDI into ASEAN initiative.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed investment trends among Singaporean enterprises in Vietnam and opportunities for cooperation in finance, green investment, digital transformation, and innovation, particularly in relation to development opportunities once Long Thanh International Airport becomes operational.
The delegation also worked with Yeo Khee Song, General Director of Strides International under SMRT Corporation, and the corporation's staff to study models for managing and operating integrated public transport systems, as well as the application of digital technology in the operation and maintenance of transport infrastructure, with the aim of building a modern, efficient, and sustainable transport system.

Working at CPG Corporation, the delegation was received by Tan Cheng Chuan, CPG Corporation’s Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer. At JTC Corporation, the delegation met with David Tan, Assistant CEO, Yuanxiong Tan, Executive Manager, and representatives from various departments of both corporations. The delegation gained valuable insights into integrated urban planning, infrastructure development, next-generation industrial parks, smart logistics, efficient land use, investment attraction, and the development of innovation ecosystem.
During a field visit to Our Tampines Hub, the delegation studied the integrated community-urban center model, which combines administrative, cultural, sports, commercial, and public service functions within a single space, while also learning about mechanisms to promote the community's role in management and operations.

The delegation also visited Keppel Data Centres to learn about infrastructure management model using digital platforms, real-time data, and artificial intelligence.

As part of the visit, the delegation worked with the Embassy of Vietnam in Singapore. The two sides discussed the potential for cooperation between Dong Nai and Singaporean partners in infrastructure, logistics, free trade zones, innovation, and high-quality investment attraction. Tran Phuoc Anh, Vietnamese Ambassador to Singapore, affirmed that the Embassy would accompany and support Dong Nai City in strengthening connections with partners and investors, while promoting the locality's development potential.

The delegation also visited and worked at the Changi Free Trade Zone under Changi Airport Group. They were received by Yim Kein Fai Dennis, Vice President in charge of Marketing Communications and Partnerships of Changi Airport Group, together with leaders of other departments. The delegation was introduced to the four-terminal system (T1, T2, T3, and T4), which was designed with a total capacity of approximately 90 million passengers per year. The airport currently handles about 70 million passengers annually, further affirming Changi's role as a major international aviation hub for the region and the world.
The visit enabled the working delegation to learn from a wide range of advanced development models and practical experience in urban planning, transport infrastructure development, airports, industrial parks, logistics, digital transformation, and modern urban governance. The outcomes of the visit will provide an important foundation for Dong Nai City to study and apply these experiences in line with its specific conditions, contributing to the development of a modern, smart, green, and sustainable city in the coming period.
