(News Portal – Dong Nai) - On the morning of November 2, at the Provincial People's Committee Hall, a Memorandum of Understanding signing ceremony took place between the Supporting Industry Development Promotion Coordination Team under the Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority, with The Ikeda Senshu Bank (Japan), Ernst & Young Viet Nam Limited. The memorandum is to support the connection and development of supporting industries in Dong Nai province in the near future.

Attending the ceremony were Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang, leaders of Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority - Standing agency of the Coordination Team, representatives of relevant departments and representatives of Vietnamese - Japanese businesses connection team in the province.
Mr. Atsushi Ukawa - Chairman and CEO of The Senshu Ikeda Bank, Ms. Yuka Otomi - representative of Ernst & Young Vietnam Limited and representatives from both enterprises.

At the event, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang highly appreciated the production and business capacity, technology level and supporting industries of businesses from the Kansai region, Japan. She believed that the signing of the agreement on cooperation in supporting industry development in Dong Nai province between the Coordination Team and Ikeda Senshu Bank and Ernst & Young Vietnam Limited would create a stronger foundation for the cooperative relationship in the coming years, in which supporting industry development and human resource training are key contents.
The Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee also affirmed that Dong Nai province was committed to promptly creating the best conditions in order to support Japanese businesses to invest in Dong Nai province or search for local suppliers. Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee would also create the best conditions for members of the Coordination Team to successfully implement the contents that the parties had signed.

It is known that the above two Memorandums of Understanding aim to promote the development of supporting industries in Vietnam, helping businesses in Dong Nai province and Vietnam solving various challenges as well as such as supporting technology improvement and output quality of businesses. Ikeda Senshu Bank would utilize its resources to support businesses from both countries in dealing with various challenges in technology, quality, human resources, and supporting business partners in business activities in Dong Nai province, as well as disseminating information on investment attraction to attract Japanese investors to Dong Nai province. Ernst & Young Vietnam Limited would also introduce and propose potential investors who are customers and partners of the company to invest in Dong Nai.

At the Signing Ceremony, Mr. Atsushi Ukawa said that he would attempt to implement the signed Business Cooperation Agreement towards the development of businesses of the two countries, exploiting his resources to develop the supporting industry in Vietnam and in Dong Nai province.
