(News Portal – Dong Nai) – The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a document on repairing and investing in upgrading and expanding provincial road 767B (Thien Tan Water Plant route). This is a route in the BOT project of provincial road 768 invested by Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company.

Accordingly, to ensure traffic safety, environmental sanitation, and deal with the frustrations of traffic participants and households living along both sides of provincial road 767B, the Provincial People's Committee requested Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company to urgently carry out maintenance work to ensure traffic safety on roads under the BOT project of provincial road 768; urgently focus on thoroughly handling the maintenance and repair of provincial road 767B, the section passing through Bien Hoa City (Hoang Van Bon street) to ensure traffic safety before the Lunar New Year according to regulations, not letting the incident drag on. The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Transport to monitor and urge Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company to implement the above contents.
According to the Provincial People's Committee, to completely handle the current situation of damage, congestion, traffic insecurity and environmental sanitation on provincial road 767B, investing in expanding and adding the vertical drainage system, lighting systems and sidewalks are absolutely necessary. Therefore, the Provincial People's Committee approved the plan of investing in upgrading and expanding provincial road 767B with a minimum scale of 4 lanes, adding vertical drainage, lighting, and sidewalks with public investment capital from the budget. This will be done after completing the procedures to remove this route from the BOT project of provincial road 768.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Transport to prepare a report proposing investment policies or a pre-feasibility study report for the project to upgrade and expand provincial road 767B using the provincial budget according to regulations. Before February 24, relevant departments and Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company must report implementation results to the Provincial People's Committee.
