Tan Mai wood processing Company transfers into share holding company.

Tan Mai wood processing share holding company has an authorized capital of 47 billion VND including 66% invested by the State and the other 16 billion VND owned by individuals. In the months to come, the company is scheduled to increase its authorized capital to 57 billion VND and will also widen its production scale. According to Dong Nai committee for enterprise innovation and development, 33 out of 37 state-owned companies plan for equitization in Dong Nai have so far been equitized. And all of them are operating at a profit.
