Proposing the Provincial People's Council to appropriate from auction land

In 2019, the provincial People's Council issued Resolution No. 155/2019/NQ-HDND on May 28, 2019, in which allocations from land use levy revenue with land use right auction projects valued at VND 100 billion or more, all will be transferred to the provincial budget for implementing key projects in the locality.


On February 27, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Quoc Hung, working with departments and agencies, consulted about the auction proceeds of the large land plots of over VND 100 billion reallocated to localities; However, in order to have sufficient funds to build urgent projects in the province, the Provincial People's Committee will request the Provincial People's Council to amend and supplement Resolution 155, in the spirit of deduction to the locality of 10% to 20% of the auction price of land assigned to localities having land areas for auction to re-invest in development infrastructure.
