Enterprise leaders will take full responsibility if covid-19 epidemic be detected in their company

According to the official document, there were still several limits in the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic through the inspection at companies and enterprises, such as: There was no specific direction to implement the Covid-19 prevention and control plan at workplace; the need for equipment and human resources for epidemic prevention and control has not identified yet. Some medical personnel at companies and enterprises have not trained on the responsibilities of prevent and control Covid-19 at the workplaces and dormitories; not set up temporary medical isolation rooms at the workplace, or not in compliance with requirements; have not assigned a person to inspect and monitor the implementation of Covid-19 prevention and control at the enterprises, and have not provided phone numbers to contact.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested directors, heads of companies and enterprises to seriously implement Decision No. 2194/QD-BCDQG dated May 27, 2020 of the National Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control on the issuance of "guidelines for prevention, control and assessment of the risk of Covid-19 infection at workplaces and dormitories for employees". Every month, conduct a thorough self-assessment of the company's and enterprise's risk of Covid-19 infection, and update the Covid-19 safety map in compliance with rules.

Regular check and require employees to strictly comply the "5K" message in epidemic prevention and control. Install the Bluzone app and turn on Bluetooth to warning the risk of contact with infected people, people suspected of being infected with SARS-CoV-2, and to assist authorities in detecting and tracking infected people. Regularly check and supervise measures to prevent the Covid-19 epidemic at works; take full responsibility if an epidemic be detected in companies and businesses due to negligence, subjectivity, lack of direction, inspection and supervision of the implementation of regulations on epidemic prevention and control.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, the Management Board of Industrial Parks, the People's Committees of districts and cities to deploy to companies, enterprises, and labor establishments under the responsibility and authority to implement the above instructions; coordinate with the Provincial Labor Confederation, relevant departments, branches and localities in planning to inspect and supervise the implementation; monthly (before the 25th) report the result to the Provincial People's Committee through the Department of Health.

Assign Department of Health - Standing Provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control to monitor the implementation, provide professional guidance and synthesize reports to the Ministry of Health and the Provincial People's Committee.
