24 complexes among these have been approved in detail and 19 ones are being planed. Two of these have been finished in regard to infrastructure are  Ho Nai 3 Industrial Complex of Building Materials and Binh Son Industrial Complex.For the remaining complexes, infrastructure-investment procedures are being conducted in accordance with regulations. 15 out of 43 complexes have received investment in infrastructure from businesses.
