Deployment of Hoa An Bridge-Tunnel construction

After completion, Hoa An Bridge-Tunnel will connect Nguyen Van Tri street and riverside road of Dong Nai river.

The Provincial People’s Committee has issued a decision on the implementation of the Resolution (No. 27/NQ-HDND dated December 4, 2020) of the Provincial People’s Council for the Hoa An Bridge-Tunnel project to connect riverside road of Dong Nai river and Nguyen Van Tri street, Bien Hoa city.

Accordingly, assign the People’s Committee of Bien Hoa City to be the investor of Hoa An Bridge-Tunnel project. Bien Hoa City People’s Committee is responsible for implementing all procedures on land and environment to ensure the conditions for project approval before submitting investment projects. At the same time, coordinate the relevant departments and branches to evaluate the investment preparation estimate, ensure the project appraisal period according to regulations.

Hoa An Bridge-Tunnel projectbelongs to Group B project, the purpose is to connect the riverside road of Dong Nai river and Nguyen Van Tri street with a length of about 620m. The project includes the following items: underground tunnel, 2-way tunnel, technical infrastructure system (drainage, lighting, ventilation ...). In particular, the tunnel section has a closed section about 40m long, the clearance of 4.5m and the open tunnel about 360m long, the tunnel section of the bridge tunnel ends about 220m long. The total investment of the project is about 310 billion VND from the provincial budget. Expected implementation time will be from 2021 with the maximum implementation progress of 4 years.
