Vice Chairwoman Phan Thi My Thanh of Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee hosted the working session with representatives of departments, agencies, industrial zones authorities and infrastructure investment companies in the province in order to remove difficulties for foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprises.
In the working session, top concerns for enterprisers are construction of Long Thanh International Airport, 25B road expansion projects (Nhon Trach district) connecting to highway to facilitate travel and transport of goods. More and more investment priorities should be placed to encourage investors in the case that they would like to expand their operation in Dong Nai province. Enterprises also posed difficulties such as: shortage of highly-skilled workforce, security and order in Industrial Zones.
Vice-chairwoman Phan Thi My Thanh of provincial People’s Committee requested related departments, agencies and infrastructure investment companies to pay constant attention to difficulties of FDI enterprises and timely coordinate to remove those barriers. Management board of Industrial zones should act as one-gate bridge to create favorable conditions for enterprises and to appeal investment. Enterprisers’ proposals outstripping capacity of provincial leaders will be submitted to Central Authority to be resolved.
