36 investors into Tam Phuoc industrial zone granted land-use-right certificates.
36 investors who had their names listed at Tam Phuoc industrial zone were granted land-use-right certificates at the meeting of investors in the industrial zone held at Tin Nghia company’s head offices on January 19th.
Only two years after the groundbreaking ceremony of the industrial zone, the infrastructure construction has been basically completed and investors have registered 100% of the land area in the industrial zone. This is the industrial zone the fastest investment attraction in the country. There are now over 50 projects with a total investment capital of 300 million USD and 100 billion VND. Tin Nghia Company has coordinated with relevant bodies in the province to complete the land-use-right certificates so that these investors can start the construction of facilities needed for operation.
