Bien Hoa City Youth Union Disseminates Amended Law on Road Traffic

    Among 278 participants were those who have been secretaries and vice secretaries from Youth Union branches of communes, schools and enterprises across the city. These are amended contents of Road Traffic Law, which are annually chosen to popularize to the youths and teenagers in an effort to better improve their knowledge of the Law and awareness of obeying it.
