(News Portal – Dong Nai) - According to the Long Thanh District People's
Committee, the Long Thanh District Project Management Board has completed the
installation of 125 low-voltage electrical cabinets to supply electricity to
households in the Long Duc Resettlement Area.

By late February 2025, the Long Duc Resettlement Area is expected to have electricity supplied to serve the residents' needs.
By the end of February 2025, authorized agencies are expected to complete the installation of the medium-voltage power grid system and connect electricity for the households in this resettlement area.
Currently, the construction of key infrastructure such as roads, greenery, rainwater drainage, wastewater systems, water supply, lighting, medium- and low-voltage electrical grid systems, and underground telecommunication systems has been mostly completed. Households relocated to the resettlement area have built their new homes and begun settling into their new living environment.
The construction project for the Long Duc Resettlement Area began in early 2023. This is the first resettlement area in the province designed to accommodate households affected by the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway Project. The project spans nearly 30 hectares, with a total investment of approximately 300 billion VND. Upon completion, the Long Duc Resettlement Area will provide housing for nearly 3,400 people, equivalent to about 843 households.
