Most companies are developing specific plans, goals, and solutions to enhance operational efficiency, expecting revenue growth compared to the previous year. Unions at all levels are collaborating with enterprises to boost activities that care for the lives of union members and workers.
At Lixil Global Manufacturing Vietnam Company Limited (Long Duc Industrial Park, Long Thanh District), employees are working hard to ensure products are completed on time. In early 2025, the company partnered with the grassroots union to hold a Workers' Conference to listen to the concerns and aspirations of workers. The company is committed to fully implementing policies and benefits to ensure workers can focus on their production tasks.
In the garment industry, the working atmosphere is also dynamic, as last year saw improved employment and income conditions. Currently, all garment workshops are operating at full capacity, striving for high productivity and quality throughout the year.
Mr. Nguyen Minh Tam, Chairman of the Union at Pou Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Trang Bom District), reported that on the opening day of the new year, nearly 95% of workers clocked in on time after the Lunar New Year holiday in 2025. Workers are engaged with enthusiasm, productivity, and efficiency.
The company is currently recruiting a large number of workers for various positions in both administrative and general labor roles, offering excellent benefits and incentives. The forecast for the company's recruitment needs in 2025 is approximately 3,500 workers.
Striving to Complete Production Plans
Mr. Nguyen Tan Phap, Chairman of the Union at Pouchen Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Bien Hoa City), mentioned that to kickstart the first orders of the Year of the Snake 2025, workers are raising their sense of responsibility and focusing on their tasks. The union and the company are encouraging employees to actively produce with the goal of enhancing product quality and ensuring timely deliveries as per contracts. Additionally, solutions are being proposed to increase labor productivity and maximize workers' skills and capabilities.
At Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company (Dinh Quan District), to boost employees' working spirit, the company provided lucky money to all workers on the first working day of the year. Previously, the company awarded over 600 million VND to workers who excellently completed production and business plans for 2024. According to company leaders, their goal is to focus on improving product quality and ensuring production plans are met in 2025. A positive sign is that the company has received orders, motivating workers to perform well.
According to the provincial Labor Federation, during the recent Lunar New Year, many companies organized to give gifts in the form of goods or cash to workers, resulting in a motivated workforce right from the beginning of the new year. After the holiday, businesses and production facilities quickly resumed operations. The competitive spirit for labor and production is lively and urgent, with hopes for a successful new year.
Furthermore, the provincial Labor Federation noted that the labor relations situation in the province is stable. The productive atmosphere in the early days of spring serves as a driving force for enterprises and production facilities in the province to successfully achieve their targets and plans. Companies are focusing on building harmonious labor relations, actively caring for workers' lives, ensuring compliance with prescribed policies, and encouraging employees to remain committed to their organizations.
